so you put the band on, and cut off the ponytail at the point between the band and your scalp
don't make it super tight to your scalp in order to maximize length though, have it be a little loosened so when the hair is being cut, it's not going to be getting pulled out of the band all erratically
then you just put the ponytail in a bag and mail it
